Subject: Thank you for what you do

Dear Bruce & Hattie -

My company, FatTowels, makes a luscious,  triple-thick, outdoor towel.  You can find them in places like the Ritz-Carlton.  Our towel answers the question, "How do you pamper your guests?"

I’m a new member of Small Business School and I just wanted to take a moment to say, "Thank you"  for this website. I am getting real answers to my  questions, plus you have so many questions and answers that just stimulate my thinking. This place is a real comfort zone; I am finding so many others who have faced the same challenges that I face today.

Let me tell you, today, right now, demand is higher than supply.  Though it is a nice place to be, it poses real problems. Now right there on your site, I found compelling answers from others who were in the same dilemma... not just one, but many different answers.

More importantly, with the tightening of the capital markets, I even found examples, the formula breakdowns of the exact pitch to suppliers and my banker,  to help explain my situation and how it will benefit them to execute on our working plans.

So, to say the least, we thank you again for creating such a useful website and community.  Let me know how I can help you!

Warmly,

Cliff Prescott, President
FatTowels Inc.

PS.  If you'd like a fat towel, I'll make you a deal.  Further, if anybody reads this letter and uses your name, I'll make them a deal, too!
